Cooperating requirements
To join RUNCHA is a process of mutual selection between RUNCHA and yourself. In order to achieve long-term mutual benefits and a win-win situation, you need to meet the following requirements/points
Cooperator requirements
1. The person contacting RUNCHA must be the person involved.
2. This person must be the director of the registered company.
3. This director must participate in the training.
4. This director must manage the store for at least four hours every day.
5. This person must be between 18-50 years old.
6. This person will fully commit to RUNCHA, and RUNCHA will only work with the person involved.
1. Kiosk (Mall): usable area ≥ 300 sqft; door width ≥ 10 ft; store depth ≥ 8 ft; net floor height ≥ 9.5 ft
2. Store: usable area ≥ 400 sqft; door width ≥ 13 ft; store depth ≥ 8 ft; net floor height ≥ 9.5 ft
Plumbing requirement:
- Sufficient water supply and sewage
- Smooth water inlet & outlet
Electrical requirement:
- At least 3 x three-phase socket (415V each)
- Total power no lesser than 37 kW
Do you have Halal certification ?
Yes. All ingredients and materials are Halal certified for the Bangladesh market.
How much for set up one RUNCHA outlet ?
The total initial investment is about ৳3,656,000–6,397,000 depending on the store format and location.
How many staff working in one outlet ?
Around 6 staff for a standard store — you can make adjustments based on sales performance.
Do you charge any royalty fees ?
No. RUNCHA runs on a transparent cooperation model — no hidden charges, and all sales belong to you entirely.
Can I open RUNCHA outlet outside Dhaka ?
Yes. After the Dhaka city grid, the plan expands to Chittagong, Sylhet and Khulna — a nationwide layout by 2030.
I have a good potential location. Can I rent first?
We suggest completing the store evaluation first — HQ site specialists will assess footfall, competition and spending power to minimize your investment risk.
How long is the payback period ?
About 6–10 months static payback, based on operating stores in Dhaka.

Such claims are completely false and unauthorized. Any person or entity making, publishing or spreading such statements has no relationship with, and no authorization from, our Company.
We respect genuine customer feedback. However, any knowingly false, fabricated or misleading online statements about the quality, safety, ingredients, operations or reputation of Runcha products and services may seriously harm our brand and mislead consumers.
Any counterfeit brand, imitation brand, or brand using “Runcha” or “RUNCHA BANGLADESH” with added prefixes, suffixes or similar names, as well as any person or entity falsely claiming to act on behalf of our Company, is not affiliated with our Company.
We have preserved relevant evidence regarding false statements, malicious rumours and unauthorized promotional activities. Where necessary, we will collect further evidence and take appropriate legal action, including reporting the matter to the relevant platforms, authorities and our legal counsel.
